 Any violation of the rules will result in exclusion from the aquatic center without refund.

Time for yourself:

At Hirâo Spa, we offer you ample time. No matter how long you choose, your treatment begins the moment our spa therapist arrives to meet you. To ensure you fully enjoy your experience, the entire team recommends arriving at the spa reception 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

*Any late arrival will result in a reduction of your treatment time.

 

Cancellation:

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100%.

 

Attire in the treatment area:

You may arrive fully clothed or in a bathrobe. We can provide you with disposable underwear for the duration of your treatment.

Attire in the pool area:

We are committed to your well-being, which is why a few rules are mandatory.

- A shower is mandatory before entering the bathing area.

- Topless bathing or nudity is prohibited in the hotel area.

- Burkinis or Islamic swimwear are permitted only if they are made of synthetic material (polyester) and comply with the hygiene standards of Swiss aquatic centers.

 

Personal belongings:

 The hotel is not responsible for your valuables. Lockers are available, and your hotel room remains your own personal space.

Noise:

Please respect the tranquility of the spa and refrain from disturbing the joyful shouts of children or the peace and quiet of parents and other spa users. The therapists and hotel staff are on hand to ensure a reasonable noise level. Please follow their instructions.

 

Areas for guests aged 16 and over:

In case of accident, drowning, or sudden illness, the spa is liable. Prohibiting access to the Jacuzzi and sauna for those under 16 is a way for us to limit risks and therefore protect you. The establishment accepts no responsibility if the rules are broken.
